COVID-19: Clinic Procedures & Patient Information

Valued patients:

We have obtained all of the required PPE for practice and are set to reopen for treatment on
May 19th. Existing Patients: your therapist has maintained a request for treatment list and will contact those patients first.

NOTE:

• The clinic will be unable to provide drinking water.
• Payment with cash or cheque cannot be accepted.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the clinic.
• A sanitized receptacle will be provided, in the treatment room, for your clothing prior to treatment. You must place your clothing and belongings within it.
• We are strictly following government regulations regarding disinfectant products and procedures.
• You must attend your appointment alone unless you are a minor in which case a parent is required by law to be present, or unless you have medical issues requiring an assistant.
• It is strongly recommended that you wear a mask but we cannot supply these for patients.
• We will be utilizing staggered booking to avoid patient cross-over. Please try to avoid lingering after your appointment.
  
• We are allowing more time between appointments for proper disinfecting procedures.
  
• At the time of booking, your RMT will send you four pre-screening questions. Please reply honestly, for our records.

There are Covid-19 related forms provided on our website in the FORMS section, which you may print and fill out in advance (in order to reduce contact transmission in the office).

Upon arrival for your scheduled treatment:

Please wait in your vehicle and you will be texted when it’s time to come up—unless you have mobility issues, in which case you may wait in the main lobby.  You can find your RMT's cell number here.
